My son has various disabilities, epilepsy being just one, therefore, and particularly with phone appointments, most of the conversation is between myself, as his father, and Dr Cox. I find her to be caring, empathetic and very understanding. She has a gentle and mellow personality which helps her engage with people who find it difficult to communicate.
